A: E-mail is the best way to reach us. Since you can provide all your ideas or pictures for your cake it is easy for me to reply or call you with a prepared quote.
A: Aside from the deposit, payment is due at or before time of pick-up or delivery. (Cash or check only)
A: Whether it is a simple cake or a wedding cake, it is best to order as soon as possible to allow for any changes and to save you date.
A: If you would like to make changes your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work to accommodate your changes, but may not always be able to do so due to time and design constraints.
A: All custom-ordered celebration and wedding cakes require a non-refundable deposit of 1/3 of the quoted price. If any payment is made above this amount it will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 4 weeks before event date. E-mail or voicemail cancellations are not accepted. Deposit is due at least 10 days before the event and goes toward the price of the cake.
A: Delivery is available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Friday through Sunday and within 15 miles of the shop. Deliveries outside these days or area require special arrangements.
A: Mrs. R Specialty Cakes may adjust prices at any time. We will always honor the prices quoted to a customer who has paid a deposit.
